Unfortunately, this forum is not in the business of choosing one company over another. However, I would like to extend a warm invitation to you to join the Guild. Attend a couple of events, perhaps take a workshop, and meet the people that you might hire to cut your frame. That way, you learn more of what's available, what companies are good at what specific types of framing, and you can make a more informed decision.
