I need someone to estimate my jobs, come up with a lumber list, generate shop drawings, hand them to my employees, and pay the monthly bills on time. Is this too much to ask?

How have you managed this far? Did someone quit? There must be someone available to help. A few more details, maybe? God only knows how I've managed this far. Nobody quit. I suck as a business person. Someone needs to take over for me.

BTW seriously have you ever talked with your local SBA...those guys are just dieing to justify their paychecks....hopefully before somebody gets laid off...

Ya, I'd do it, and have done it, but only after about 4-5 checks with the metal detector.
The head on that sucker would send metal shards flying straight through the safety glass if I ever hit a nail...
