Especially if your piers are less than accuratly placed..
With every building adjustments have to be made, based on as built conditions.
If you have a foundation plan, and a floor plan showing the post locations then hopefully the poured concrete pier isn't out very much.
Drilling out the concrete pier to add an epoxied in bolt maybe a good choice.
If this is a pier in the center of the bent for say a three post bent and the outside posts are held down then the middle one may not need a center hold down.
It depends, with more information provided by you as to where the posts is in the frame and other frame design details maybe more advice can be shared....
