Large Timber Frame Company in the Midwest is in need of a skilled journeyworker. Applicant must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in timber framing and have journeyworker status with the Timber Framers Guild. Active membership/registration with the Timber Framers Guild is required. Candidates with fewer that 8 years' experience but meet other criteria will be given consideration.
Applicants must possess a scaffolding card, fork lift card and an aerial lift card. Other prerequisites include: mechanical and welding skillls, stair building skills and developed drawing skills. Project management and excellent people skills are a must. Salary based on experience, 2 weeks paid vacation, health benefits and retirement benefits are included in employment package.
