I've just begun deconstructing an old Barn. I had intentions of using the frame for a large addition on my house. But, I simply don't have the space. The frame is 31 by 41, hand hewn timbers. The barn was a family dairy/hay barn. I've had a couple of interested people in purchasing some of the timbers for non-structural parts for their homes. From the onset of this project its been my intention to make this available to someone in it's entirety. If anyone has interest in such a structure please drop me a line and I'll fill you in more. It's an ideal size for a home, particularly if your interested in strawbale.
