Perhaps it was one of the other dealers at the workshop, I had thought you had it. The machine had a shaft about 1 1/4" in diameter with a spiral groove on it and when the depth stop was reached it pulled itself out of the hole, one of the students bought it. One of the fixed Swans would kick the rack out when it reache the top, I don't know if it belonged to Jack or Dave though. I have not seen another Swan that does it.
