I can't believe this myself, but I probably can't attend, and for the same exact schedule conflict as the EC. Only then, we were just stepping into the deepest pool of bureaucratic delay I've ever experienced, and now we are just about to pull ourselves out, and the project will just then be kicking into full swing.
