If they're not doweled, then it wouldn't stay square for too long.

I picked up the sliders at the machine shop the other day. And as we have modified the design to be able to fit more standard framing squares and combination rulers the machine shop did less work and therefore lowered the price. I can now lower my sale price to you to $49 each. Anyone who has ordered one and confirmed their order with a deposit will only need to pay the balance due. They are ready to ship. I was planning on getting a small flat rate shipping box from the post office to mail these out in. That would make the shipping cost $4.00, I believe, but I'll check on Monday morning for sure. After I have the exact shipping rate you could/can send me some money if you'd like to get one and I'll mail it right out to you. It looks good and works great. I have included an installation instruction sheet to tell you how to install and use your slider on your framing square with your combination square ruler. Thanks for your interest in this new tool. More on Monday.

I got some boxes from the post office and the box and postage is $4.80. So the total with postage is now $53.80.
They are on hand ready to ship.

Postage is now $4.95 for flat rate boxes, but I can get them into a padded envelope for $3 shipping fee.
