I am reading Sobon's "Building a Classic TF House" and he writes;
"...I dont feel that their materials are as permanent as the frame. The so called structural facings are usually held together with glue and paper, hardly durable materials when we consider the rigors of moisture and temperature a house wall is exposed to over many years." [pg32,paragraph 2]

Has any long term studies been done on SIP's relating to performance/durability? As someone contemplating its usage I would like to be somewhat confident that this product can withstand the rigors of time.
