Timber Framers Guild Forums General General Forum Questions Tractor mounted lifting crane attachment?

I thought I saw a 3-Point or Frame mounted extendable crane for a large tractor to assist in raising timbers into place. I cannot remember if I dreamed this one up or actually saw one. Can someone help? I think it had 4 legs that extended like for a backhoe's(2 legs/pads) and used the hydraulics and 3 point from the tractor. Obviously there will be limits, but for moderate timbers it was a real good looking tool, and you can drive it around and position it where you need it.
Has anyone seen or heard of these and the names?

Scott, thanks formthe reply. I has seen those Lift Booms, but I was looking for an extendable boom crane that actually sits on the ground behind the tractor and not just on the 3-point hitch. Thanks again, Bob

There are boom cranes availble that will work with a tractor front loader that has forks attached. The boom crane fits ocer the forks, after they have been pushed close togteher. Here are some examples ( and some other types)
