There are two ways you can find an engineer for Colorado. One is going to the guild home page and following the links to the resource guide and look there under engineers for all companies/individuals who have registered with the guild to be listed there.
The other is to go to the timber framers engineering council web site and click on the map and see who is listed for Colorado.
With these two sites you should be able to find someone to help you in your area and needs.
