What species are you looking for? I use Eastern White Pine for small buildings, and there should be plenty of that in MI. The longest stick you will need for the Sobon shed will be 16'-6". Around here pine timbers are anywhere from $.70 to $1.00 in these sizes, with anything over 20 feet being in a "custom" cut category. You could also try the "Find a Sawyer" search function at the Forestry Forum (forestryforum.com) I know there are many MI members there.
