I'm in Minnesota.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get good white pine timbers?

Preferably standing dead or seasoned.

BTW

Another question I have is how many people use "green" lumber to cut frames and is it an good idea or problematic.

i would say many more frames have been cut from green wood than seasoned wood... is this good or bad? probably ok in white pine as it has relatively low shrinkage. can get a bit sticky, though.

I would'nt mind trucking it in from out of state or Canada if the numbers are good.
