Makita groove cutter in very good condition
I have 15 cutters for this. 10 are brand new and the other 5 are in very good to like new condition.
I could not find anyone in the US carrying the cutters. I contacted Magard (logbuilding tools) in Canada and they gave me some of the prices for the cutters that I have. They range from $135 for the half inch to $232 for the 1 5/16” cutters.
Some of the cutters are have 2 cutters for cutting with the grain and some of them have 4 cutters for cutting across the grain. The ones with 4 cutters have 2 cutters cutting the sides of the cut.
I got this at an auction years ago. It originally belonged to a Japanese carpenter. I would like to pass this on to someone who can make use of it.
