I'm looking for an engineer in Arkansas or nearby. I've looked in the TFBC resource guide, no luck. Any other hints?

Try the Guild membership too. I will ask around here, but my company is licensed primarily on the West coast and a few eastern states, perhaps Arkansas is one of them.
