I am a senior civil engineering student designing a 35 foot long timber flume to transport water to a waterwheel. Does anyone know where I can find standard designs of timber flumes? I would also like any info anyone could provide that I could use.

Contact Rudy Christian on the TTRAG part of this bulletin board... he may know of some info or contacts. Also possibly get in touch with the folks at Garland Mill - they have a working water powered sawmill if I am not mistaken....
