looking for input on options for blades for the ten inch bigfoot saw. i remember reading here about a freud blade, but have lost the info. anything else out there? alternatively, can a diamond knockout be cheaply and accurately milled into in a blade without one?

You can order the Freud D1040W on Amazon .

$32, but currently not in stock.
Google 'Freud D1040W' and you'll find alternate sources.

Chris

The forum this was discussed in before is
http://www.tfguild.org/ubbcgibin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=22;t=000076

I purchased my Freud blade from a local dealer who had to order it. They brought it in with another shipment and so I was able to avoid shipping
It is a great blade and really adds to the tools performance

I now like the bigfoot 10 1/4 blades, but only after taking them to my sharpening guy...
