The draft apprenticeship competencies have recently been posted at http://www.tfguild.org/members/curriculum.html for the purpose of gathering feedback from guild members. Several people have approached us to say that some items were missing from these documents: 'Hundegger Machine Operator', 'Glulams & Microlams', and 'Properties of Building Materials'. What else might be missing from the curriculum? You may also use this Forum to address other issues concerning the establishment of an Apprenticeship Program in timber framing.
