Large Fallen Tree in Northern VA Available

There is a large fallen (oak?) tree that fell adjacent to my property in Ashburn, VA recently. The tree is 42 inches across at the base. Very tall tree - pretty old and seems to be solid - e.g. not rotten in the center as near as I can tell. Is this something of interest?
