Planning on adding T&G pine planks to a cathedral ceiling. How can the load be calculated to determine if the rafters can support the load?

Your details are pretty sparse, but if you're talking about 3/4" T&G pine paneling, the value I use for additional dead load from the paneling is 1.2 lb/sf. CB.
