I would check with Tim Chauvin at Red Suspenders Timberframes in Nacogdoches, Texas. He deals with kiln dried southern yellow pine.

In the past, we have usually donated such timbers to area churched here in east Texas. If there is still a need, have Ric drop me a note and I'll get in touch with him.
