Cost breakdown of frame

I plan to use my woods to supply me with all of the timbers for my timberframe home. Question: very roughly, what percentage of the costs of the finished frame (excluding panels, raising, and everything else) are the timbers themselves, and what percentage is the labor - assumming a simple frame without fancy joinery, and the timberframer to worked on site.
