Framing with green wood

I have started a project of making a pine frame to be erected in my family room. It is for looks and not structure. I air dried my green lumber for over a year. Some of the smaller pieces (3 x 4 x 10') twisted beyond use. I'm not able to locate any dried lumber. What can I expect if I incorporate green lumber with dried?
