design a new barn - 06/23/01 02:13 AM
I am a hobbyist timber framer, former guild member, I've built two nice t.f. porches, now I want to build a barn. I like the monitor roof style but would rather copy than create a design. Any recommendations as where to find some ready made 36x36 3 bay 6 stall horse barn plans?
Thanks, Mark

Is This Mork of the biting dog in 16th century barns but with an alternate vowel, Mork ?
Know of no such catalog of designs but could perhaps offer advice. e me
Curious, having seen their value, do you save nice curved sections when you come across them in your work ?

Yes, Will. Tis I. I'll e-thee. Meanwhile, my post has been up for 4 days! Where are those replies? Amongst all those guild members out there I know someone has plans like I need! Help me, or I'll end up with a cruck. By the way, I have two nice pine logs on my truck with great crooks in them. Come to Georgia and you can have them for little or nothing.

Dear Mork,
Please see the design section of my web site where I have posted some designs including an Ohio barn.
I can modify an existing design or design to order and provide you with plans and calcs for approval.
