Who can export a building to St Lucia???

We are a UK building firm. One of our clients is looking to build a timber framed bungalow in St Lucia and after investigating various possibilities we feel that the best solution is to import a timber framed building from North America and erect it on site. We would look after the groundworks, services etc. If the first project works well, we may look at developing further properties on the island.
