seeking a supplier and model in mid TN.

I have a B&B and need to add another guesthouse. Would like to visit a model or examples of P&B construction within 2 hrs of my home in Franklin, TN. ANYBODY KNOW A DISTRIBUTER, BUILDER, OR MANUFACTURER OR EVEN A SHOWCASE BUILDING I could visit this week?
