I have a cast iron frame beam borer "The Boss" for sale. Its been well used and has wear on the spindles but still works well. I'll include a 2' and 1 1/2" bit and a corner chisel. It's complete except for the original depth stop, I just use a small c clamp. $150 plus shipping.
