I gotta pay off foreclosure taxes - Mafell tools

Same tools, lower prices. I'm $4thousand short of cash-in-hand to pay property taxes to prevent imminent foreclosure on my TF home and land.
Tools work great, rock bottom prices.
I'm also trying to sell a Moosehead, a Leopard rug, some old Volvos, a 20" Davis & Wells Bandsaw w 5 HP 3ph, a 12" Fay & Egan Joiner w 5 HP 1ph, a Felder BF41 Woodworking System and tooling with three 3HP 3ph motors and a phase converter, a 150 yr old Mahjong table & set of 4 chairs made of "Chinese Rosewood" which I bought from my Tai Chi teacher yrs ago so she could have eye surgery. It has beautiful joinery and work into it. A Welsh pony mare, 11 yrs old, 14hands 1", dappled grey and green $500. A '92 Dodge Grand Caravan runs great, Lots of ash logs 10" -36", some big fat 30"- 38" oak logs, some 4/4 & 6/4" cherry and 4/4" walnut lumber and flitches. A Stihl 090 saw with ripping chains & fences and 3'& 5' bars etc. Some boat lumber.
I can't take it ALL with me....
I gotta find a buyer for the house and land and move away from this too high cost suburbia. It's getting too crowded with "New People". Gotta get back to doing the things I love, rather than trying to cover my back and cover my ass, and pay too much insurance and taxes and lawyers. I'm still healthy - don't want to create medical bills too. Am I sounding like Derek on one of his rants? No, I can't touch him yet!

090 AV has very low hours, excellent working condition. Recent new clutch, I just rebuilt the carb, had saw serviced and checked by Brady's Power Equip in Stormville NY. I have .404 chains, bars and sprocket on it and on my 051AV.
The 090 is a bull - 136cc, lots of torque, hard to slow it down, it just keeps cutting. It's loud, I always wear hearing protection. They dont make em like this any more. It's great for milling. It's heavy for felling but good to have all that power when you're taking down really big ones and you want that final hinge cut to go quick so it drops in the right direction. For buzzing thru repetitive crosscuts I use it on 28" - 30" and bigger. Smaller I'll use the 051AV then down to the 020AV.
The 5' bar is a Granberg w a handle on the end for a second man. I have an Alaska Mill fence, plus I have a 2 section (7' & 11' = 18') HD alum track to run on for straight, accurate, parallel rips. I also have a rachet puller with a yoke to attach to the AK Mill & saw to pull it thru the log. Makes it easier than pushing.
I saw two 090s on Ebay for $2500 and higher.
I'm thinking of pricing everything for $2250. I'll take some pics later today.

If I hadn't just dumped $2500 on water filtration I'd be seriously interested in the 090 et. al. as it is I've passed the info on to a local sawyer who was looking for rig to slab 44" black cherry.

I imagine that 090 must be a beast, even with a ripping chain my 066 can make a back cut faster than I'd have ever imagined.

Wow, that's a lot of $ to drop on water filtration. What was/is so wrong with your water source that it needs such remediation?
Have you seen the movie "FLOW" (For Love Of Water)? I recommend it highly - deals with potable water as a commonwealth resource etc, on national and international scale as well as very local. Includes Macosta County Mich, where my some of my family live. Nestles under the name of "Cold Mountain" is stealing and selling for profit 300,000+ gallons of water/day from the aquifer. They made a "sweet deal" w state politicians for tax breaks and permits etc.
One of the individual serving plastic water bottles that I was given at Northfield/Mt Herman "Out of the Ashes" barn raising I kept in my car or truck for 4 yrs, refilling it daily from my tap. It got run over, so finally went to recycling. The water at the tap inside our framing building/art studio classroom was cool, sweet and potable - didn't need bottled water delivered morning and afternoon by 2 students on a motorized golf cart..
Hopefully habits have changed there since. I did enjoy the project and the students and the T Framers and the spirit of the event. My favorite rendezvous are Habitat and Gould Farm. I hope to get to Brasstown NC and Knoxville TN in 2 -3 weeks. Selling some stuff first. I'm working at a fast and steady pace, occasionally looking over my shoulder, mostly looking at projects at hand and looking forward.

p.s. that's a very rare and special cherry. I'm using cherry flitches from a 40"+ tree on a cabinet job I'm doing now.

My fathers well is about 1000 yards away and has some of the purest water you'ld ever want to drink. So I've got a half dozen used reagent grade water bottles that I've been refilling there continuously.

We've got iron (ferrous and bacterial), manganese and sulfur.
I wound up with a pair of filtration units, the first is 'maintanance free' and removes odors, the second filters the misc. dissolved metals, oxides and sediments then back flushes periodically. It will need new filter sands in about 5 years.
