Makita 7104L Chain Mortiser - as NEW! Texas

I have a Makita 7104L that is as new. Was used on a small project (probably 1-2 hours of use) and since kept stored in a controlled environment. It would be hard to distinguish this tool from new - includes original Manual, adjustment tools and factory oil. Tool is in McKinney, Texas - north of Dallas. $900.
