I’m looking for an architect in the New York City area to help me formalize a design I am working on for a 1 ½ story home was a very simple design (four walls and a roof, no dormers, etc.). I’ve got the design pretty well thought out and diagramed (in both 3-D models and 2-D drawings) I just need someone to get the design the last few “steps of the way there” and draw the final blue prints for approval and development.
I’ll want the following documented in the blueprint:
- The bents
- all of the joints at 1:1 scale
- the foundation (thinking of a rubble trench) and sill
- the internal walls and floors
- the electric and the pipes (not expecting him/her to be an electrician or plumber, just to help to figure out/confirm where the specified wires and pipes should go and document)

How much should this potentially cost? Can any one recommend anyone in the NYC area?

Thanks, Mischa

Don't know if you have found anyone to do this for you yet.

If you still need this let me know.

Thx
Mike
