Can I use mortise and tenon on 2x6 rafters - 09/30/13 02:48 PM
I am designing and building my first timber frame structure which will be a 10x14 wood shed. I am planning on using 2x6 rafters and would like to know if 2x6 too narrow for mortise and tenon joint at the peak or if I should use half-lapped rafter peak. Thanks
