It's 150 years old. It's in "fair" shape,in need of attention. The structure needs the east facing sill replaced & I have the timber already cut to size! That's as far as the last contractor got! It needs some jacking & leveling also. The structure is about 25 miles west of Corning,NY. Any info on possible individuals that do this type of work would be appreciated. Trying to keep history alive!
