Plans or design? Sounds like the chicken or egg question. I eat both. Although I have been on a strict veggie diet in the past, no meat in the ice box.

I am in Maine we are slow even in the best of times I am trying to market myself better it seems people dont even know i am here after ten years rveryone is terrified right now it is hard to get some to spend 20 to 80 grand on a house or barn restoration , I would emagine the chance of grtting burned is a lot higher. You are better of staying with something you know and waiting for it to come around/

How far north, my darts and I are about 90 miles NNE of Manhattan so at the very least we may be able to provide a Boar bristle board and six pack for the raising. smile

Derek, maybe just a tad bit of design might of helped.

Another warm welcome, you are doing well with that.

Whoohh there,

Slow down and think !

I have noted a decided upturn in business of late and I put this down to the fact that those people who have a stack of cash languishing in a bank are now receiving only a pittance in interest are consequently and are now looking to exchange that cash for more solid assets and especially those that will generate income. These folks tend to of an older age group i.e. probably 50+.

The work that I do today is a contractors work tomorrow so speak with all your local designers about upcoming prospects and start to target your business leads and potential future customers.

Regards

Ken Hume

Looking back to see the way ahead !
