If you go to the TFG home page and click on the Resource Guide icon (the light bulb shaped icon in the upper right hand corner), and follow the links to the resource guide search page you can leave the first field blank and enter your state in the second field and then select engineers from the third field and you should get a list of companies listed with the guild from your state.
If there aren't any listed do a new search and leave the state field blank and get all listed. Some from other states may be able to help you in your state.
Each company listed usually has a web site and an email link, as well of course, as their phone numbers.
As to how much it would cost, depends on lots of situations and I wouldn't even try to guess.
Good luck with your search.
