This June, pro timber framer, Tom Cundiff will lead a 2 week workshop building a timber frame house with some cool touches like a carved spiral staircase and round wood framing elements.
It's a great project in terms of demonstrating different types of basic joinery the old fashioned way, using hand tools. This workshop is being held at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage so you'll get a look at sustainable living in the process.
