Hello Good People,

I'm in the final stages of design and engineering for a new TF home. I have a GC who will manage the project as far as getting the foundation, frame, shell, and rough-in systems in place. I plan to take over and manage the interior design.

I read most of the related publications each month, and occasionally an issue will have a checklist that one can use to help manage the various aspects of the project. Unfortunately, I don't save many back issues and I haven't seen one of these checklists in a while. I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of where I might find a good one.

I greatly appreciate any and all help.

jeremy

Thanks! I actually found something @ Borders called "The Home Renovation Workbook". It's got lots of templates for listing specs, ideas, contacts, etc. -- very useful.
