I have just recently updated this presentation.

Come with me now as I visit the woodlot to discuss wood species and pick out the proper natural bent wood blanks that I use to handmake the curved handles for the hewing axe head.

The presentation then covers the carving out an finishing of the handle.

Are you going to the eastern conference this year? and are you going to bring copies to sell?

Whatever you do, have fun doing it!

Hi Jim:

Nice to hear from you, well I don't expect to make it to that particular Conference but I'm sure that it will be a great event, thanks to the hard work of the Guild Committee members who are responsible for its outcome.

By the way I do have fun doing what I like best, and one aspect is talking to great people like you and the other guild members.

Richard:

I'm disappointed to hear that you won't be in Montebello. I was sure you'd make it, as it's so close to you. CB.

Hi Clark:

I really wanted to come and hear your presentation but events here will not allow me to come unfortunately.

I hope that all is well with you and your family, I have tried to follow along on your posts and have enjoyed your points of view and input into the various threads as they develop, keep up the good work,

NH
