Ya I know for many SIPs are ideal in alot of ways....I was at a commercial site the other day...and noticed a 25' high building having a steel structure and then they were enclosing it with full length steel studs on the exterior....

anyone ever look into doing this over a TF?

My project so far has been building it inside out....TF, drywall, vapor barrier, wiring, insulate, ext sheeting, etc!

Next project will 96% be SIPs but was just curious
