I need help to get 3 timber frame buildings appraised in Miss. I know the material cost. I need help to determine value for selling. Are there charts or methods for this? Jim Rasche and I built them in 1991-1996. He attended Mackie School of Logging. Advice will be appreciated.

What you want to get and what the market will bear are rarely the same number. Factors influencing sale price:
1.location, 2. tax assessment, 3.condition,4. finished or unfinished,5. comparison with recent sales of similar sized structures in the area, 6.curb appeal and probably some others.

Recommend you contact the local realty folks who handle properties in your est of price range.
Any realtor worth his salt will come up with a good market price.
