My independant broker found me a good policy from Acuity. The rates for a "wood shop" are much lower than those for "residential construction". Of course they don't have a category for "timber framing". So they gave me a prorated rate with a 90/10 split, which I'll have to verify at the end of year audit. The liability is lumped in with my workman's comp policy.
