Hi, haven't been here for some time!

My son has now graduated with a degree in sculpture from a London art school: I'm lucky, he's working for me in our oak-framing based business (but we do pretty much everything:furniture too in oak). He's been working fulltime for me for a year +, just built a little kiln for me.

He is also embarking on our City and Guilds equivalent apprenticeship with me, after the degree.

I'm keeping it a secret, but I want to send him either to the States, or Japan, to broaden his knowledge, sometime next year, at my expense.

He has his own art-life, an artist in his own right, and even a gallery, he can draw the pants off anyone I know and helped me on the Japanese teahouse I built, when he was 14. He's now 24 and a fit young man.

Anyone give him something to do for a month or so next year sometime? I mean difficult and demanding and absolutely no-prisoners-taken first-class?
