I have a 26' x 76' Timber Frame barn on the property I recently purchased in New Jersey. I am looking to sell this barn to someone who can use it on a T/F home project.

I have been told (by a Guild member) that both the house I live in and the barn were framed in the Dutch style sometime before the end of the 18th century. The barn is comprised of White Oak and Black Walnut. The ground floor is built into the side of a hill with a stone wall along the back and one side. All the beams are hand hewn, many on the ground floor still have bark on them. Rafters are plumb cut. Beam sizes vary to as long as 35' and as large as 16" x 16". All mortise and tenon joints are pinned with oak pegs.

The barn is completely sided and has remained dry. Above the main floor is a "loft" that was used for corn storage. There are also 2 small grain stalls on the ground floor.

Please contact me via e-mail if interested.
