This 1876 Barn is slated for knockdown and is in nearly perfect shape. It is available through Trillium Dell Timberworks for the cost of dismantling and re-erection. Estimated cost, pending final scope,is $250,00 - $300,000 for basic frame, siding, windows and doors; or $400,000 for complete re-installation of granaries and other agrarian features, and reconstruction of the massive 16'x20' cupola (now missing) which once housed farmhands.
