This 1876 Barn is slated for knockdown and is in nearly perfect shape. It is available through Trillium Dell Timberworks for the cost of dismantling and re-erection. Estimated cost, pending final scope,is $250,00 - $300,000 for basic frame, siding, windows and doors; or $400,000 for complete re-installation of granaries and other agrarian features, and reconstruction of the massive 16'x20' cupola (now missing) which once housed farmhands. This barn is unsurpassed in terms of condition, construction, and its un-adapted interior. It's like stepping back into 1876. Please forward all inquiries and ideas to Tim Narkiewicz. We need to save this barn!

Tim, can you tell us why it has to come down? It looks like it is setting in a wonderful spot, as it is. And for the fun of it, can we have some interior shots?
Tim
