We're going to build a tf house if we can afford it--but the builders we've talked to all seem to be high end and pretty expensive. Has anyone had a good experience with a company who might work in Virginia and whose costs might be more reasonable? So far we've talked to Woodhouse, Timberpeg, and Dreaming Creek.
