This is a unique tree on me folks land. Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Mo,

This tree will be full of reaction wood and hence will not be easy to work however the shape would lend itself towards making the dragon headed prow on a Viking warship !

i wouldn't saw it (much).
peel it, maybe flatten it a bit.

center post (heading to the floor or roof above) of a funky spiral / round stair case?
