I love to see hewing techniques, ever on the look for ways to improve and adapt my own methods. The large section removal method seems wonderful to me, I'll have to try it out!

We are struggling to document this thoroughly; Internet connectivity has been spotty.

The pro film crew arrives this week - and while they will have missed some things, and we won't see the fruits of their labor for a year or more, it's still the right thing to do.

And yes, they are tired at the end of the day. And then they go to TFG Night School. Tonight is a presentation contrasting journeyman training in UK, DDR, and US, by guys who have been through the programs.

I took the engineering model and did the joinery and cleanup in SketchUp, then placed the model in LayOut to detail, dimension, etc.

Wow, looks like fun. Wish I was there.
