I have a Makita Groove Cutter model 3800N-A For sale. I can send photos to anyone interested. The cutter probably has less than an hour of use, I used it to cut grooves in my purlins for electrical wires when I built my Timber Frame House and Garage.
It is in near new condition with the box and all accessories that came with it. Also included is an extra blade (1"+). Both blades are in excellent shape.
