Jay, I am new to the forum. Not sure which attachment to open. the top tfg attachment may be your member signature, which I cannot open. Then there is another below about you. Am I to see the first or the second?

It was the first one, I though you would be able to open just that portion, others have, but they are members. Can you tell me what you need in general, maybe I can help in another way. Or perhaps call the TFG office and they can assist you.

Regards, jay

I am just trying to connect with individuals mainly familier with timber framing. I keep trying to find a way to make this affordable as a retirment home.

$200 per sf is steep where I hope to build compaired to the sf price of existing home prices.

Just building a stick frame home is still over existing home prices. I don't mind a premium but within reason.

Otter, please send me an email at tosatomo@gmail.com or call 802 785 4732, I will, at minimum, take a look at what you are trying to achieve and either help you myself, and/or turn you over to one of the young folk I mentor.

Regards,

Jay

Hey Otter,

There you go, you have Mo. I was looking all over for his web link the other day and just found it this morning, (he beat me to it.)

He is right in the state with you and I'm sure he will help you. If you still have additional questions, please call or email.

Regards, jay
