After reading the TRCC Warranty Guidelines several times, I still can't find what the guidelines are for a repair. Do builders have to give another 12 months on a repair or is that something that can be determined between builder and buyer?

12 month period starts all over for the specific repair. TRCC still hasn't worked out the issue of checking yet, but I'm told they will have a solution by the next legislative session in two years.
