This horizontal chain slotter was purchased and used for one job. The job is complete and the slotter is available at a great savings. We have built a custom box for shipping and storage. The slotter was purchased for $6200, it also comes with the 9mm chain/bar/sprocket package ($1330) and an additional 8mm chain ($590). With tax the total cost to buy new is just over $8,500.
When the job calls for insertion of steel plates into timber, no other tool comes even close to cutting straight, parallel slots into wood. This powerful and accurate tool features additional cutting depth to almost 20", yet is light weight enough for ergonomic handling by one person.
